Smoked BBQ Chicken
1/2 Chicken-13 ~ Whole Chicken -23
Our BBQ chicken is covered in our special Pit-Master blend, Reuben's Rub! So tender and juicy, it pulls right off the bone. The chickens are big, you'll have enough to make a sandwich for lunch (save the bread)!

Pulled Pork
1/2 lb. -17 ~ Full Lb. -23
Our Pork butts are seasoned with "Reuben's Rub" and smoked overnight, these ones go in the smoker around 3pm and go for about 16-18 hours. When done the bone pulls clean out. Eat this one Texas style - Bread, Pork, pickles, BBQ sauce piled high. It doesn't get any better than that!

Pork Spare Ribs
1/2 Rack (6) -17 Full rack (12) -28
We have a loyal following for our ribs! Rubbed with our Pit-Master blend, Reuben's Rub and smoked for 6-7 hours. They're sweet and succulent but require no sauce. Half rack will satisfy you but if you have to share, your gonna need a full rack! Beware, sometimes we sell out. (Don't worry, call in advance and we'll hold a rack for you).

- Full pounds of meat include - 1 set of bread (2 upon request) (2) 2oz pickles, (2) 2 oz onions, (1) 4 oz BBQ sauce or (4) 2 ounce BBQ sauce of choice
- xtra BBQ sauce , pickles & onions avail for purchase, .25 for 2 oz; .50 for 4oz
- Catering orders (5 lbs. or more) do not include condiments. Meats only
