Prime Rib Roast (Bone-in)
​We're smokin' up a few 20 Lb. Bone-in Prime Rib Roast for Fathers Day this year! Only a few lucky dads will get to try this one. After a low & slow smoke, Pit Master Reuben will carve into individual 2.5-3 lb. portions. These Rib roasts will be smoked and rested to a perfect juicy medium 135-140. We can hit it with a reverse sear upon request right before pick up for nice char! Pick up will be between 3pm-3:30pm.
